About 'real' and 'really'

She's real pretty.

Should 'real' here be replaced with 'really' ?

I think we should put adv before adj.

I'm looking forward to your reply!
Thank you in advance!

Real as an adverb is used only in very casual English. Use really (or very ) for more careful contexts.
