About present perfect tense

1."I have seen the movie last week"

2."I bought the book yesterday"

I heard it is grammatically incorrect to use specific time expressions such as last week, yesterday, etc. with Present Perfect tense in formal writings. But are they acceptable in informal conversations?

Thank you

Sentence no. 1 is incorrect. ) You are likely, though, to come across the past simple used instead of the present perfect in sentences like: She's the most beautiful girl I ever saw.

Sentence no. 1 is incorrect.

You cannot use the present perfect when mentioning a specific time expression (except for expressions that somewhat encompass the present, such as this week/today etc.)

She's the most beautiful girl I ever saw.
