About preposition "with" "in"

Hi,there

1. I got a job with a big company.

2. I got a job in a big company.

What's the difference between the two sentences?

It seems to me , the sentence 1 is more common,Why is this?

No difference in meaning. 'With' is perhaps more common because it suggests a more equal relationship between employer and employee. Just a guess.

There is no real difference in meaning.
If the first version is more common (and I'm not convinced that it is), I imagine it's just because people seem to like it better. And maybe the speaker wants to convey the idea of "being associated with that company" or "working withthat company". It's a closer association than "in".
