About passive voice

Please help me, are these sentences grammatically correct?
1. He is said to have 22 children
2. Next year's congress in San Francisco is being gone to hold

The first one is correct.

The second one is not. I am afraid I do not understand it well enough to correct it. What do you mean by "is being gone to hold" ? Please try to say this another way.

I just saw CalifJim's reply. We must have been writing at the same time. I agree with his answer. Evidently he is better than I am at working these things out.

The second one, I mean the passive of "They are going to hold next years congress in San Francisco"

Add "by them" to what I wrote if you wish. "going to" has no passive so "to hold" changes to "to be held" instead, if that's what you're concerned about.
