About omission

Hi,
I have a dog. It's a very big and brave dog.

Does this mean the dog are both very big and very brave?

Can I just say 'she is very kind and pretty' if she is very kind and very pretty?

Thanks a lot.

I would normally interpret the 'very' as applying to both adjectives. If I didn't mean that. I'd say it another way.

I don't believe there is any universally accepted interpretation of this structure because my instincts are the reverse of Clive's. Emotion: smile
