How do you read the numbers of the following info:
we got 9.2% of serums, positive between 1:32 and 1:1024

i don't what 1:32 and 1:1024 indicate, but this is how an outsider like myself, with no knowledge of the field, might read this (I'm guessing that in a figure like 1:32, the number to the left of the colon will always be a single digit number):
