About numbers

Is it correct to say:

1. 348,780 --> three hundred forty eight thousand seven hundred and eighty ( is "and" should always be put at the last in saying number?)

2, 33,600,090 -->thirty-three million six hundred thousand and ninety.

3. 333,600,000 ---> ?? I don't know how to say this.
