"your time"-----Time is in your hand or Time is subjected to you.The sentence means:The qualities of someone / something as a living party in which some behavior can be developed or formed, which make a particular person , thing, place, different from others,such as the substance out of which the fingernail grow, or someone’s tendency is supposed to be part of his quality or character.
