About most...

Is there any difference in meaning between 'most of my friends' and 'most my friends'?

Thanks!

'Most my friends' is not good English. The choice is between 'most of the sharks are not dangerous' and 'most sharks are not dangerous'. In my example, there is no difference, but in other cases, there may be a difference re: previous reference.
