Would you tell me how you call the following dried animal meat?

1. Chicken meat

2. Ostrich meat

3. mutton meat

4. Lamb meat

5. Duck's breast meat

I think I misrepresent the question. It's about dog food. My next door neighboor asks me to help to put up the name tage for the products. They are dried. The only word I could find from dictionary was "Beef jerky". I understand jerky means dried and stripped animal meat.

Do you say

1. Chicken jerky / Chicken meat;

2. Ostrich je

Jerky is all I know of. I see no need for an apostrophe anywhere.
