I am new here. I know this sounds wrong but I don't know how to rephrase it. Could you help me please?

It could be that you mean this:

It doesn't talk about how to use "hope" about a future situation.

Unfortunately, you now have a slightly awkward repetition of "about", so you could say something like "It doesn't explain/describe how to ..." instead.
