About how to ask questions.

Can you tell me if these sentences 1),2) below have the same meaning??

1) Are you allergic to anything?

2) Do you have any allergy?

I was told that if I say 3), then I am asking thinking that the person I am speaking to has some allergy.(BTW, does this sentence make sense?)

3) What allergy do you have?

Thanks!
