About grammar

Hi everyone, I want to ask about the following sentences.
1. It feels like _my brain is pierced by something._
2. I feel _somebody is calling me._
3 Are you sure _we are going to do this?_

Are those sentences correct in grammar view?
If they are correct. I would like to know, what is the function of the underlined in each sentence?
Thanks in advance.
