About emphasises in the yes/no questions

Hello ,my query is about emphasises in the yes/no questions .In Turkish We can change the question's mean by only altering the place of vocabularies .To illustrate ; sometimes object, sometimes subject ,sometimes place ,sometimes time are asked in yes/no questions .Can I do this kind of queries in English .and how?

ok . For example; will he go to the cinema today?

This question asks whether he would go .( emphasis on the verb )

It don't ask the place or time . Its answer : yes , he will go - no he won't go . (not these : yes , to cinema or yes today )

But I want that the emphasis be on the others without doing wh question . time ,place or subject...
