About "eggs"

Question about how to describe the different cooking method of eggs.

Very often, when ordering breakfast, we've to tell how we would like the eggs to be cooked.

There are few types, but I don't know how to say them all in English.

1) Boil egg?

2) Scramble egg?

3) Sunshine egg? (any other saying?)

4) How to say, fried egg, not scramble but well done?

5) any others?

Thank you!
