About countable&uncountable

I like reading books. Or...
I like reading a book (although it does not make sense)
So this sentence is never impossible in English?
I like reading book.

It means we need to always consider the noun whether countable or not in sentences?

I love eating chocolates (instead of chocolate?)
I love bears ( bear is impossible?)
He love to listening songs ( song is never impossible ?)

Thanks I have been struggling for a long time
