About 'conflicted'

"I am no longer a conflicted family man"

Hi, I have looked up the word, 'conflicted' in dictionaries, but the explanation were quite beyond me unfortunately.

Does 'conflicted' mean someone who always gets in a quarrel, argument?

Thank you
