About confirming the order status?
Hi,
My client would like me to confirm the order status of the shipment (Air waybill ***:FedEx), but the information we have received from FedEx is that the shipment arrived at the destination airport on October 1, and we cannot get further tracking information, so can I use the following vague expressions for response, please help to proofread. Thanks very much!
The shipment has arrived at the *** airport for processing /handling on October 1.
Or if you have better expressions, please kindly advise.
