About complaint

Hi, everyboday,

Garmmar check please:

"This is my third complaint to your day-time guard, Mr Lee. So obviously, he don't have any intention to change his rude attitude to us. It's indeed really irratating. You acknoweledge that I've been giving him time and chance to reconsize his problem, but I doubt that he is just completely ignoring the job guideline, as well as your warning to him. Being his superviser, I need your immidate explanation. If the case could not be taken care of, I'm afraid I'll definitely bring it the top of the management."

Thank you

Hello Clive and Miyabi,
CliveBecause you are his supervisor, I would be grateful for your immediate explanation.
"grateful" sounds more polite than "urge" (as i have suggested).
