About complaint

Hi,

I've some questions about Complaint.

1. What is/are the suitable verb/s can be placed in the following sentence? In the meantime, pls also point out my grammar problem.

I want to complain a sales rude attitude to her store manager,I say,

"I would like to ____ a complaint. It is about the improper attitude of your sales."

2. When I describe the matter to the manager, can I say,

"I'm so anger and fratrusted of her not caring attitude. To be a sales, the basic requirement should be helpful, polite and nice to their coutomers. But she can do neither of this!"

"This is really unacceptable!"

miyabi I want to complain a sales rude attitude to her store manager,I say, I want to complain to the manager about a rude salesperson. miyabi "I would like to ____ a complaint. " Note that verbal complaints are "made" and written complaints are "submitted" but either will be understood.
