(1) is correct; (3) is formally correct according to traditional rules, but can sound pedantic in conversational English. The usual way of saying this in everyday English is "No one in my class is cleverer than me". This "I" vs "me" question is a perennial favourite.

(2) is a less satisfactory word order that may also create ambiguity.
