About company name

I need your help!
My boss decided to register our company in HK and he wanted to change our company name.
We do business like brand protection, trademark agency, anti-counterfeiting for well-known brands. The problem is we are not sure what should we named the company seems more general in English countries? *****Trademark Agency Office/Firm or *****Trademark Attorney Office/Firm?
What is the difference between Agency and Attorney? And what is the difference between Office and Firm? Which one is more suitable to our company?
