About classes

How does one write "art" in this: I went to my Art class?

How does one write "science" or "math" in this: I went to my Science and Math classes.

Thanks,

I would not capitalize any of them. I went to my Art in Western Civilization class (the proper name of a specific class). But for just a generic class in art, math, or science, there is no reason to use a capital letter.
