about cholesterol

hi, I have a question about cholesterol. on a chart about cholesterol level, I read: "Total<200, HDL>40, Optimal LDL<100, NI<130". What does "NI" refer to?

Normal isoflavone ? This seems to come up in texts about HDL and LDL cholesterol but it's not a term that my doctors have quoted at me yet though I take medicine to control my cholesterol levels. Of course HDL and LDL are all the rage.

I know for sure that NI is "Number of Iodine"....actually I don't know in which way the Iodine and the Cholesterol are connected
