About cellphone please

Dear teachers,

Do these sentences sound natural to a native speaker's ears?

1/ I was talking when my battery went dead.
2/I was talking when my cellphone ran out of power.
3/ Sorry, I cannot talk with you for a long time now because my cellphone account is going to run out of money. I will call you back after I have bought a new scratch-off prepaid cellphone card.

Thank you in advance
