About attendance.

Dear Mr. John,

This is to inform you taht, yesterday 11th march 2010 i was in ofiice from 9.45AM to 7.30PM. But in attendance report displaying that yesterday i was absent. Please take this issue to your kind considaration. Thank you.

Dear Mr. John, -- Do you write "Mr. John"? Here, we use either "Dear John" or "Dear Mr. Smith" but not "Dear Mr. John"

Yesterday, 11 March 2010, I was in the office from 9:45 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. However, the attendance report shows that I was absent. Please correct the report to accurately reflect my hours. Thank you.

Actually our is open for 7 days in a week. And i have to work 5 days in a week. So we have to follow duty roster. so rest of the 2(two) day's are shows as weekend(holy day).





please ensure me that above sentance structure also correct. Thank you in advance.

Okay, then take the one I originally wrote for you and where it says "shows that I was absent," change it to "shows that I was not at work because it was a scheduled day off."
