About an experince

Letting myself not pay attention when participating in traffic 5 years ago is an event that is the most panicked event that I will never be able to forget. One day, I got up late because last night I watched a movie with my sister, so when the alarm clock rang I couldn't sit up. I was already 30 minutes late for class so I skipped breakfast and did everything very quickly so I could get to school. I rode my motorbike to go to school and I forgot to bring my helmet because of the limited time. Moreover, instead of going to the main road, as usual, I took a shortcut to get to school as quickly as possible. This was a tough way, however, it didn't have any traffic lights so I just thought that I could go fast and I made the right choice. Unfortunately, when I rode so fast and suddenly a dog came across the road and I didn't notice that so when I almost hit that dog, I was able to brake the car, but because it was too fast, I fell on the road. My arm was bleeding a lot and especially my head was extremely hurt due to no helmet. After that, many people came to help me and bring me to the hospital, and luckily, I was ok and could go home after 2 weeks. All in all, this is the biggest lesson for me not to run fast and ignore when joining in traffic as well as always bring a helmet. It left the deepest impression on me so I will never dare to repeat this action one more time.
