About adjectives-important question

Hi,

Can someone please tell me what are the adjectives in each of these sentences and what are these adjectives modifying?

1-We went to a beautiful sandy beach during the summer vacation.

2-People anxious for news kept ringing the emergency number.

3-Although confident of victory, we knew that it would not be easy.

Thanks,
