Well, let's go by parts, ok?

1- Bronx is a district and Councourse is a neighbourhood in New York City, right?

2-What do "2 Fam. 5+5+3" mean, please? I don't know.

3- Bsmt is a basement, ok?

4- Boiler is a piece of equipment that heats the water, right?

5-What does "D" mean in "D train", please?

6- What do "Exc. Cond." mean, please?

7- 10% down is 10 % less, correct?

8-What do "Deal Finder Re" mean? Is it "Broker replies", please?

2) I would guess that 2 Fam. means two-family dwelling. Not sure. Normally, the numbers would indicate bedrooms-bathrooms
