About a flower bud

Can I say,

(a) The flower has / had bud on the plant.

(b) The bud is going to bloom with a nice plant / flower.

(c) There is a bud top on the plant.

(a) The flower has / had bud on the plant. -- doesn't make any sense; I'm not sure what you're trying to say

(b) The bud is going to open out into a nice flower.

(c) There is a bud top on the plant.
