About a book

Hello trainers, i just want to know What is a book called in which friends fill their likings and dislikings such as favourite food,places,movies, songs etc.for memory. I think it is start with 's' I do not remember that book.it skipped from my mind .
please help me.

but sir, as far as i am concerned scrapbook is used for photos. i think it is another word. sorry if i said anything wrong.and
