About a bad toothache

Can i say,

(a) Susan likes to eat sweets. One day, she had a toothache. She quickly told her mother. Then, her mother took her to the dental clinic.

(b) After 5 minutes, they arrived there. At the clinic, the dentist called Susan to open her mouth for a check, but she was very scared. At the end, she let the dentist check her teeth.

(c) During the examining, the dentist found that one of Susan's teeth had decayed. Then, the dentist extracted her bad tooth. Passing through this lesson, Susan dare not to eat sweets again.
