ABNORMAL RETURN (IN or TO) SMALL BUSINESS FINANCING
Hello! I am extremely doubtful about the right propositions between the following two:
1) ABNORMAL RETURNS IN SMALL BUSINESS FINANCING: (...).
2) ABNORMAL RETURNS TO SMALL BUSINESS FINANCING: (...).
That's a title of a paper I'm working on, which is the right version in your opinion (and, possibly, why?)

Without any other information, I would choose #1. # 2 would make more sense if the word "financing" is changed to "financiers" It is difficult to tell to tell what your article is going to say.
