Ability Vs. Abilities

Hi Guys,

I'm having a problem structuring a particular sentence in my C.V. and unsure about the use of "ability" and "abilities" in this sentence:

"Energetic and dynamic, relishes a challenge and demonstrates in-depth analytical and strategic abilities/ability in order to facilitate operational and procedural planning."

As always, thanks for your guys! Appreciate it very much as I always have done Emotion: smile.
