Ability to roam freely/move up

Hi

It is estimated that if you have some money in the bank, food in the cupboard for more than one day, a secure roof over your head and the ability to roam freely, then you are in the top 8 per cent of the world's population.

---- Does it mean you can travel wherever you want?

If you also have your eyesight, the ability to hear and all your limbs in working order, you move up another per cent or two.

--- That would mean you belong to 9-10 per cent of the world's population?
