Thousands of abiding admirers trooped in and although King Khan was driven to the venue by F1 racer Karun Chandhok, he was late by an hour thanks to the buzzing traffic. And didn't waste a moment to voice his sentiments too on Twitter.

Though I know "abiding" generally means "lasting for a long time" and "admirer" means "a person who praises/admires/respects others"
