"Life seems like and eternal intoxication;bliss comes and goes like an fleeting wind but sadnesses are to stay forever.'

can anyone check the above two sentences for me and say which one is better?

You seem to be confusing the words a, an, and and.

sadness is almost always uncountable. I would not use the plural.

comes and goes like the fleeting wind is fine. No problem there.

(in the fleeting state is not possible.)

Hello, zhossain. Please use more meaningful thread titles. 'Abc' is no good. Use something like 'A fleeting wind', for instance.
