'Blazing heart covered with blood and pride, wants to take the lead. but the chains of fate hold the fiery stride..'

whats the meaning of it? Are the sentences grammatically correct?

Thank you

I suppose Blazing Heart is a fanciful name, perhaps the name of a racehorse? Blazing Heart wants to run ahead (with a "fiery stride'"), but something is preventing him from doing so. I think we need more context to say more than this.
