abbreviation question

Floor -> Fl.
2nd floor -> 2nd fl.
3rd floor -> 3F
Basement -> BS

Are these abbreviation correct?

In my experience, different buildings (especially hospitals) have different abbreviations for different elevators. It would depend where these abbreviations are being relied upon. Within the context of a description of a building, the abbreviation “3F” or “2 nd Fl” would be understandable; assuming consistency existed for other floors.

To someone familiar with the building, the references will already be understandable. Can you be more specific about the document.
