Abbreviation for telephone

We have a delema in figuring out what the correct abbreviation for telephone is. I was taught Phn: and another co-worker was taught Ph: which abbreviation is correct?

If I want to use an abbreviation, I always write

Tel.

But usually, I just write

Phone

It's only two letters longer.
