E: NONE

R: B

It could be whether corrective eye wear is required ( contacts, glasses), and whether there are any restrictions on the license (only passenger cars, trucks under a certain tonnage, etc.)

I have no idea, though.

Thanks, Jim, I had it backwards. I have restrictions, I guess, but not endorsement, but Pennsylvania arranges things differently.
