I've been wondering... Let's say for ex. that i want to ask somebody about his favorite song. I can ask "What is your favorite song?", but can i also ask "What your favorite song is?"? The second form intuitevely seems OK to me, but i'm not sure. Are both forms correct?

No. But you can use the statement, "I'm wondering what your favorite song is."
