A YouTube video

Hi guys,

I watched it but couldn't understand the words completely. I think it could be good to have a context version of the semi-speech. You may have a look at it and also listen!
It's here; you may call me V:

You know, I have a good feel to be able to know what he is saying. I like his characteristic.
My first question, do you understand all the words he says?

Honestly speaking, I have difficulty with many parts throughout of it.
Anyway, I appreciate your response to this kind of question.

Do you have difficulty understanding the pronunciation, the meanings of the words used, or both?

Yes, his diction is pretty clear.

There are words in it that are not English, I think.
But yes, I have difficulty understanding the words in each section of it. (it's because of my not being a native seemingly!)

Anyway, if I could find a written version of the speech (to know what he says — which seems to be meaningful for our world), it would be OK.

I think it is all "English", but there may be some foreign loanwords or phrases. Without listening to it all again, "dramatis persona(e)" is one that I recall. While the words are Latin, it is established in English as set phrase.
