HI, is this paragraph grammatically correct?

A young American boy living with his parents in France just after the end of the Second World War. As he witnesses his father's part in peace negotiations and the creation of the Treaty of Versailles, the boy begins to develop an angry personality, having temper outbursts at anyone who questions or challenges him. As his mother tries to control her son with love and affection, it soon becomes clear that no amount of discipline can restrain him.
