We don't say it like that.

1) Say 'take', not 'have'.
2) Say the words that "XL" means. Don't say the letters X and L.
3) Don't add "size".

Say: I take an extra large.

"I'll take an XL size" would be correct. Variants below:

"Can I get an XL size"

"Please could I get an XL size"

"Can I have an XL size"

Or you can omit the 'size' and just say
"I'll take an XL" or

"I'll take an Extra Large"
