A word that sums up the things you do after you wake up
Hi all
I was wondering if there is a word that could sum up the things you do right after you wake up or before you go to bed?
The sort of activities I have in mind include: brushing your teeth; using the toilet; combing/doing your hair; taking a shower (possibly); shaving and other things that you do to maintain your personal hygiene and smarten yourself up.
Thank you
