A word relating to mexican food

Isn't there a general term for all the meat with a wrap kind of food (such as tacos and burritos)?
I REMEMBER seeing this and checking this out, but alas, some people do not age well.

Will really appreciate it, thanks:!)

I know of no general term. Such foods are referred to as wrapped, rolled, or folded, but that's not really what you're asking for.

Here's a little glossary that might help. I didn't see anything there that matched your request, but then I didn't spend a lot of time perusing the list.
