I don't really understand what you're trying to say.

"Only People Know what conception of fredoom is" seems to be saying that only humans have a concept of freedom (i.e. animals and inanimate objects don't). Is that right?

I can't figure out "nevertheless It can't be fredoom is only People". What is "it"?

Note that the word is spelled freedom.
