1.if the exam is in the end of this year should I use we would be or we will be.

I appreciate you very much because .I find that all of us have improved in English this year. I think yoube are the best English teacher that I have ever met.As because you teach us the most things . Without your teaching, I don't think we would will be able to handle the unified exam. Lastly ,I want to present my truthful thanks to you once again .
