If someone has grown up. and he still rely on his parents. That is, he can not economically stand on his own. Is there a noun word available to call him?

None that jumps to mind. In Chinese culture, one's supposed to support one's parents financially when they get old. In American culture, kids move out early in life but they still get cash or expensive presents from their parents on their birthdays or during X'mas.
